True to fit:  Yes

 I bought a batch of these shirts 15ish years ago and have worn them dayly in a heavy manufacturing enviornment. They have worn extremely well and after about 10 years, lost the ability to be stain resistant. I finally got around to buying another batch. Love them and the StitchAmerica service!!!
