Stitch America is committed to your satisfaction. To ensure that you are a satisfied customer, we ask that you adhere to your responsibilities as a consumer of custom manufactured goods. If you adhere to these responsibilities, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with your custom embroidered product.
We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered products unless the product or embroidery is defective. In the event that a product or embroidery is defective, please notify us within seven (7) days of the receipt of the order.
If you are unfamiliar with the product you have chosen, please order an unembroidered sample to verify its suitability. Once we have prepared your custom embroidery design, we will provide you a proof to ensure it meets your approval. Please review the proof in a timely manner and request any needed changes. We will not embroider your order without your prior approval. If you have any additional concerns, please request a no charge pre-production sample for your review
Samples must be returned within thirty (30) days of the original order. Once the sample is received, we will issue you a credit for the full cost of the sample, excluding shipping charges.
