Can I request changes to my design?
We're happy to provide customers with two free edits to their custom digitized logo at no additional charge. Because of the extensive amount of time required to modify and proof a design change, each edit after the first two free edits will cost $20 each.
Visual proofs
An exact visual proof will be completed on every hat order over 96 for no additional charge. A visual proof will only be completed after a customer tentatively approves the thread color, size, and location of the design via email.
