We're happy to be offering an option for this 3-dimensional (3D) embroidery on caps and hats. Here in the shop we call it "puffy foam". We’ve been experimenting with the process and our research and development process is complete. The process involves placing foam underneath the top layer of embroidery to give it that raised look. Not all designs work well for 3D embroidery, but if it's possible, we can make it look great for you. Generally speaking, large designs with less detail work best.
