The hats & embroidered lettering look great, & were delivered on-time. StitchAmerica's customer service team was responsive, proactive & easy to work with. One suggestion: the online proofs don't do your work justice. Proof letters appeared slightly misaligned; the hats themselves were perfect. Thnx
