I like the hats themselves, embroidery not so much.

I really like the Richardson 112 shape and design, it’s a great cap. However, the embroidery is hard to read and has “fuzzy” or loose stitching. Customer service was phenomenal and replaced my first order because they were horrible. The replacements aren’t much better unfortunately.

I have found this is the best structured trucker style hat on the market. Works well with normal to large head sizes. Does look a little large for someone that has a small head size. Great quality, the hats last a long time even when used in an outdoor work setting.

Good quality and nice looking hat for the price. Mesh is pretty stiff, sweat band inside hat is a bit thin which affects comfort a bit and sizing seems to be a bit inconsistent between hats. Again, overall am happy with hat for price point.

Nice hat and the logo looks pretty good. I might suggest offering an option to stitch the logo to a patch and then sew the patch onto the hat -- this would prevent the seam in the hat from running through the logo.

I am not too happy about our last order of Richardson 112. I have used the Grey Denim 2 times before and loved it. However this time it arrived darker and has a very shiny coloring to it. It looks ok for our design but not like we wanted. It's very unfortunate.

Ordered 2 dozen based on a hat that was offered at a local retailer. When my jays arrived I found the brim to be rather short (2-3/4") compared to almost every other hat I owned. These hats have a very rigid profile and have a limited depth. Hat sits very high on head. Would not buy again.
