The quality of the product was below expectations. The hats fit extremely small and the quality was way off compared to others I have purchased at similar pricing. The logo on the side of the hat I asked to be small and it was twice the size as the front logo. Unfortunately these didn't work out. I'd spend the extra money and order a little better quality hat.

My Overall experience with the product and company was pleasant and efficient. They effectively and quickly replied to my order, submitted my designs, and modified them. Shipping seemed quicker then average and packaging was nice and intact. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is the front emblem on my hats was slightly off-centered, just barely enough for a keen eye to take a second look. Overall, I plan to purchase another order very soon as they were a big hit amongst my customers.

There were several adjustments that had to be made, but the main thing I was happy about was the fact that it was delivered on time even after the changes. 1 way it could have been improved upon would be to provide a picture of the design on the product for approval prior to sending or when ordering. I really can’t complain for $8 per hat, but the stitching was not consistent on centering or lettering. About half of them were what I consider perfect; the others have imperfections that make them giveaways rather than ‘for sale.’

If you request that lettering be stitched on to your hat, be sure to request a "hard copy" proof be mailed to you. I accepted based on an online image of the lettering but when I got the hats, the lettering is too small to read. Not a great experience this time around, and I've learned my lesson.
