  My Overall experience with the product and company was pleasant and efficient. They effectively and quickly replied to my order, submitted my designs, and modified them. Shipping seemed quicker then average and packaging was nice and intact. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is the front emblem on my hats was slightly off-centered, just barely enough for a keen eye to take a second look. Overall, I plan to purchase another order very soon as they were a big hit amongst my customers.

There were several adjustments that had to be made, but the main thing I was happy about was the fact that it was delivered on time even after the changes. 1 way it could have been improved upon would be to provide a picture of the design on the product for approval prior to sending or when ordering.   My exp was great!The hats turned out nice.The logo is a hair too big.For next order I would request a slight smaller.It so hard to know what the scale not having a proof of the hat & logo.I would probably upgrade the hat. Overall happy for my 1st online custom hat order.Lynsey&Cheyenne were great.
