The staff was friendly and polite. Ms. Julie went out of her way to make sure that I got the hats I wanted. The embroidery work was good. I would use this company again.

Great embroidery

I am pleased with the embroidered hats purchased. The FedEx shipping was really slow, it took almost 3 weeks to get the package. But that isnt your fault. I like the hats, thank you!

The hat is comfortable and embroiders well. The front panel slopes back, so some foreheads touch the back of the front panel.
