 Overall, the caps are nice. But there is a bit of distortion of the cap directly below the patch.

 Ordered these hats for my business after the Richardsons we had ordered previously faded so bad they were totally unacceptable. We worked with Stitch America to find an alternative and they came through in aces. The embroidery work is flawless and it appears that these hats are not going to fade out as the others did. It was a perfect fix. Stitch America went way over the top to satisfy us and make sure everything was right even though the failure of the previous hats was not their fault at all. Their customer service is superb. We will be repeat customers for a long time.

True to fit:  Yes

 I have a bigger head, and one size fits most scares me off. I typically order one of a style, check the fit and reorder in different colors if I like the fit. I'm using three snaps on the back of this and it's roomy. About the same as the Richardson 112 for fit.
