How Long Does It Take?
If we are creating a new design, expect your initial proof within four business days. We will send you a message when your proof is ready for review.
We will ship your order within five business days of your approval of the proof we provide to you. Allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping. Rush service is available as are expedited shipping options. If your order is for an event, let us know and we'll record that date in our system. We refer to this as the "in-hands date". let us know about your deadline, and we'll make sure you have your order on-time. We do this every week for our customers and they absolutely love us for it.
