Reorder Wizard Is HereBack to Blog Contents

Nothing brings a bigger smile to our faces than when a customer reorders an item we’ve embroidered. It tells us that item is serving a worthwhile purpose and that we can add more value by providing additional examples.

We’ve always have a friendly and easy reorder policy. It's as simple as this: order at least twelve items using a past design and we'll honor your original quantity discount.

Maybe you realized that you forgot to order jackets for a couple of employees. Maybe you’ve hired a couple of new people. Our Reorder policy allows you to order a few more while still getting the same great original price.

In technical terms, you can reorder an item at the original quantity discounted price you paid. If you order at least twelve (12), there's no additional charge. If you reorder less than twelve (12), then there's a $50 reorder charge that entitles you to the original quantity discounted price.

To make it even easier, we’ve created the Reorder Wizard. After logging in, we’ll display the products you’ve ordered in the past. Below each product, there will be a button labeled ‘Reorder this product’. Just click the button for the product you want to reorder and you’ll be directed to a page where you simply confirm the color and enter the sizes you need. Your embroidery specs will be displayed so you be sure the finished product will be exactly as you intended.

Once you click the ‘Add to cart’ button on that page, you’ll be directed automatically to the checkout page where you verify shipping, billing and payment information. The Reorder Wizard makes reordering easier than ever.

There are a few conditions you should be aware of:

  • You'll need to login.
  • You'll need to reorder at least 12 pieces.
  • You'll need to reorder a product and color that you previously purchased.
  • The embroidery must be the same as your previous order.
