True to fit:  Yes

 I wish more companies had tall shirts for women, it seems like they just move the sizing to make it wider. Just because I'm 6' tall, doesn't mean I should have to order a Women's 3XL, or move into Men's sizing to make sure I have the appropriate length shirts. These are cut well, the length is great, and best of all, the sleeves aren't to my elbows!! Highly recommend!
