 Our first order had irregularities in the embroidery. I called the company and sent photos and they completely remade the order. The quality was significantly improved in the replacement order. I salute your customer service!

 Mary at Stitch America was wonderful to work with! She keeps you in the loop during the whole process. Our little league is very happy with the hats but they do run a little big.
