 Outline stitching made the patch on this hat wider than the other hat style. It just looks a bit off in comparison - when side-by-side.

 This particular Flexfit cap has three ridges in the elastic band around your head. They do no stop going across the front of the hat, and they leave impressions on your forehead. It is not comfortable. The area behind the bill should be cloth or something that allows all day wear.
